Can amphetamines and opiates be flushed out in 24 hours or less by drinking water?

By drinking water and maybe taking a little niacin and then some vitamin B to color the urine(that is the vitamin that colors urine right?) and maybe drinking diuretics like coffee and cranberry juice? Its for a school project.
