You should become more adept at the breathing techniques which are called Pranayama and also special postures that are known as asanas and finally you must learn to meditate. Through such means, you should be able to achieve the proper balance between negative and positive forces and thus regulation of vital forces within the body becomes possible, which will lead to more clarity in the mind and you can also achieve better subconscious levels as well. It is not for nothing that Hatha Yoga is considered as being a form of yoga that is most physical as compared to all other types of yoga
